This cropped coat is made from a vintage wool blanket (sourced from the Ukraine), and features a scooped side hem, contrast binding and front plackets made from a cotton/linen blend fabric, antique brass snaps and oversized handwarmer style pockets. This is the Flora Jacket pattern by Brightside Pattern Company that I pattern tested for them, and they were kind enough to grant me permission to make some finished coats available to you! The fit is oversized through the body with slimmer arms, and a stand up collar - a truly amazing fit!

This wool blanket is in very good vintage condition. It is possible it shows its age in places in the form of worn or slightly discolored areas - these are not viewed as flaws, but rather giving it character and showing its history. I have done my best to capture these areas in the photos, but is possible that not all are photographed. Please review all images as returns are not accepted - no exceptions.

Measurements (taken flat across) - it can be helpful to compare measurements a coat you already own:

Chest (armpit to armpit): 23"

Length (top of the shoulder to bottom hem): 21"

Sleeve (armpit to sleeve hem): 17.5"

Arm length (against the collar to sleeve opening): 27.5"
