Shipping:

ANEMONE ships Worldwide via USPS, Fedex, or UPS (DHL is also available for international shipments at your expense) and includes insurance up to $100. If you would like a different carrier or require additional insurance, contact ANEMONE via email to arrange prior to placing your order. Additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

ANEMONE is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once the package has been scanned in by the carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of ANEMONE. Should you have any issues, questions, or concerns about your order once it is in transit, please contact USPS or your local shipping authority directly.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties associated with your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark a package as a "gift" or a false commercial value as it is against the law to do so. If your order is being held at customs, you will need to reach out directly to your local customs agency to determine what fees need to be paid/what additional information is needed for delivery.

Returns & Refunds:

ALL SALES FINAL

ANEMONE does not accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel an order for a One-of-a-Kind piece before it ships, it will be subject to a $20 processing fee - no exceptions.

Should you decide to cancel a 'Supply Your Own' order for any reason, the $100 deposit is non-refundable. Again, no exceptions.
