This cropped coat is made from a late 1800's quilt that is both hand pieced and quilted in a Farmer's Daughter pattern, and features antique brass snaps and handwarmer style front pockets. Please note that this is a different pattern from the Chore Coat, and while similar, has a less exaggerated drop shoulder and a slightly slimmer arm and overall silhouette.
This quilt is overall very good condition for it's age. It is possible it shows its age in places int he form of worn or slightly discolored areas - these are not viewed as flaws, but rather giving it character and showing it's history. I have done my best to capture these areas in the photos, but is possible that not all are photographed. Please review all images as returns are not accepted - no exceptions.
Measurements (taken flat across) - it can be helpful to compare measurements a coat you already own:
Chest (armpit to armpit): 23.25"
Length (top of the shoulder to bottom hem): 23.5"
Sleeve (armpit to sleeve hem): 17"
Arm length (against the collar to sleeve opening): 26.5"
