The Union Star Chore Coat features a light to medium weight 100% cotton quilt that is both hand-pieced and hand quilted. It features many beautiful calico fabrics. The Chore Coat features a straight, boxy silhouette and two inseam side pockets.
This quilt is in very good vintage condition and the damaged areas were able to be worked around. Any discolorations or minor wear areas are not viewed as flaws, but rather giving it character and showing it's history. I have done my best to capture these areas in the photos, but is possible that not all are photographed. Please review all images as returns are not accepted - no exceptions.
Measurements (taken flat across) - due to the slightly oversized fit, this can accommodate a range of sizes - it is best to measure a coat you already own:
Chest (armpit to armpit): 24"
Length (top of the shoulder to bottom hem): 28.25"
Sleeve (armpit to sleeve hem): 19"
Arm length (against the collar to sleeve opening): 28.25"
