This vest features a vintage wool blanket sourced from Ukraine. We've modified our vest pattern slightly to accommodate a front placket and snaps for added versatility. The placket is constructed from a vintage unfinished quilt top, with the outer edges and pockets bound in a jewel-toned turquoise leaf print.

As this is made from a vintage textile that has lived a full life before becoming a piece of wearable art, it is possible it show it's age in the form of some discolorations and wear to the fabric. These areas are viewed not as defects, but merely giving it character and a nod to it's past life. Please review all images as returns are not accepted - no exceptions.

For reference, I am 5'7" and my body measurements are: 34.5" bust, 26.5" waist, 37" hips.
