This vintage Golden Dawn 100% wool blanket has been reworked into a Chore Coat, which features a slight drop shoulder and tapered sleeve, with a less boxy silhouette (depending on how you would like it to fit), complete with rounded handwarmer style pockets and antique brass snaps. The inner facings, back of the neck, under-collar, and pockets feature a cotton plaid fabric (sent by our friends at Toad&Co!), and the original blanket’s tag has been reattached to the bottom corner of the piece.
As this is a vintage blanket, it is possible it shows it age in the form of wear and/or discolorations - this blanket in particular had been soaked and dried in the sun, however there are areas that look warmer-toned - the pockets are cooler toned while much of the rest of the blanket is warmer; it is not splotchy but even. Any areas such as these are not viewed as flaws, but rather giving it character and showing it's history. I have done my best to capture these areas in the photos, but is possible that not all are photographed. Please review all images as returns are not accepted - no exceptions.
For reference, I am 5'7" and my body measurements are: 34.5" bust, 27.5" waist, 37.5" hips.
