The Ocean Waves Cocoon Coat is a straight-cut style with a shawl collar, an exaggerated drop shoulder, slight dolman curve to the underarm, and a wide sleeve, complete with a snack pocket on the inner left side. This coat features a lightweight quilt that is both hand stitched and quilted, and has so much character and shows the full life it lived before becoming a coat. It is worn through the top layer of fabrics in many places which gives it a lot of character, but it is sturdy and will hold up to wear.
I originally made this piece for myself, but decided to release it into the wild so it can be loved by another! The sleeves have been left intentionally long for cuffing, however if you would prefer them to be hemmed shorter, I would be happy to do so - please email immediately after purchasing.
