This vest was made from a summer weight quilt that was hand pieced and quilted in a Mother's Choice pattern that dates back to the early 1900s and featured a brown gingham homespun backing. The edges are bound in a navy and white brushed cotton flannel, complete with rounded handwarmer style pockets.
It is possible this piece shows its age in places in the form of worn, slightly discolored areas, and/or mends - these are not viewed as flaws, but rather giving it character and showing its history. Please review all images as returns are not accepted - no exceptions.
