A new take on the classic 5 panel hat: Quilt TOP Edition! These hats feature a traditional plastic brim insert (that can be shaped if desired), sweatband inside, antique brass hardware, and an adjustable leather strap in the back. This hat features a quilt top that was batted and backed with lightweight french terry fabric, resulting in a light to midweight quilt hat that is super soft inside - we've been experimenting with finding ways to use quilt top remnants we have on hand, and are thrilled to start offering these in 5 Panel Hat form!
As this is a vintage/antique quilt that has lived a full life before becoming a hat, it is possible it shows its history in the form of age discolorations, and/or wear, these are not viewed as flaws but as characteristics of it's past - sold AS IS. Please see photos as returns are not accepted.
