This vest features a vintage Hudson Bay Blanket in raspberry toned wool. We've modified our vest pattern slightly to accommodate a front placket and snaps for added versatility. The front inner placket is constructed from locally sourced tencel lyocell fabric in a dusty blue tone, with the outer edges and pockets bound in an indigo/deep purple linen. The pockets are made from a vintage Orr Health wool blanket to add some visual interest and contrast.
As this is made from vintage wool blankets that have lived a full life before becoming a piece of wearable art, it is possible it show it's age in the form of some discolorations and wear to the fabric. These areas are viewed not as defects, but merely giving it character and a nod to it's past life. Please review all images as returns are not accepted - no exceptions.
For reference, I am 5'7" and my body measurements are: 34.5" bust, 26.5" waist, 37" hips.
