This tank features an unfinished quilt TOP that was hand-pieced with lots of beautiful calico and shirting fabrics (it does not have batting or backing) in a classic 'Duck and Ducklings’ pattern. It is 100% cotton and has been left unlined to keep it breezy and warm weather appropriate. This sleeveless top has a scoop neck - either neckline can be worn in the front. It is perfect to wear on its own or layered over a long sleeve in the cooler months.
As this piece is made from a vintage/antique quilt top that has lived a full life before becoming a piece of wearable art, it is possible it show its age in the form of some discolorations and wear to some of the fabrics. These areas are viewed not as defects, but merely giving it character and a nod to its past life. Please review the photos as returns are not accepted.
