This vintage wool blanket that came to me via a woman-owned business in Ukraine featuring a bark brown background with a goldenrod-toned floral pattern has been reworked into a Chore Coat, with a cozy, brushed flannel herringbone fabric lining the inner facings, back of the neck, and under collar. This modified Chore Coat features a slightly less exaggerated drop shoulder, slimmer arms, and a less boxy silhouette (depending on how you would like it to fit), complete with rounded handwarmer-style pockets and antique brass snap closures.
As this is a vintage textile, it is possible it shows its age in the form of worn and/or discolored areas. These are not viewed as flaws, but rather giving the garment character and showing it's history. I have done my best to capture these areas in the photos, but is possible that not all are photographed. Please review all images as returns are not accepted - no exceptions.
For reference, I am 5'7" and my body measurements are: 34.5" bust, 27.5" waist, 37.5" hips.
Measurements (taken flat across) - this can accommodate a range of sizes depending on the fit you are looking for - it is best to measure a coat you already own:
Chest (armpit to armpit): 21.5"
Length (top of the shoulder to bottom hem): 22"
Shoulder to shoulder: 19"
Sleeve (armpit to sleeve opening): 18.5"
Arm length (against the collar to sleeve opening): 28.5"
