The Dresden Plate Chore Coat features a lightweight 100% cotton quilt that is both hand-pieced and hand quilted (with blue thread!). This piece features the softest background fabric, light blue and taupe dresden plates, and appliquéd centers of the flower - I've never come across a quilt in this color scheme, and it truly is so calming and understated in the best way as many quilts do tend to be bright and colorful. The Chore Coat features a straight, boxy silhouette, two large patch front pockets, and antique brass snaps.
This quilt is in overall very good condition. Any visible wear, fading, and discolorations are not viewed as flaws, but rather giving the piece character and showing it's history. I have done my best to capture these areas in the photos, but is possible that not all are photographed. Please review all images as returns are not accepted - no exceptions.
Measurements (taken flat across) - due to the slightly oversized fit, this can accommodate a range of sizes - it is best to measure a coat you already own:
Chest (armpit to armpit): 24"
Length (top of the shoulder to bottom hem): 29"

Arm length (against the collar to sleeve opening): 27"
